Job summary

Tek One Solutions seeks an experienced Fiber Foreman to support large-scale data center infrastructure projects in the Northern Virginia/IAD region. This senior field leadership role requires organizing, directing, and leading large teams of technicians in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

The candidate should be highly organized, technically strong, and able to adapt to changing project requirements while ensuring safety and quality across crews.

Qualifications

• Advanced fiber experience in data centers or commercial environments.
• Capable of leading large installation crews and coordinating priorities.
• Strong understanding of LC, MPO12, MPO16 connectors and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize large teams of fiber technicians in field projects.
• Coordinate daily field activities, manpower, and installation priorities.
• Oversee fiber pulling, routing, dressing, and labeling; perform splicing.
• Test and troubleshoot fiber optic infrastructure; review test results.
• Maintain accurate daily reporting and project documentation; communicate with PMs.
