Construction Coordinator - Engineer oversees complex engineering and construction activities for Enterprise customers, ensuring efficient planning, budgeting, and execution. You will mentor team members and collaborate with internal and external partners to support build activities across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or equivalent experience of 5 to 7 years of fiber optic network engineering/construction experience.
• Advanced knowledge of telecom construction and engineering practices and principles.
• Advanced knowledge of industry regulations affecting engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex engineering and construction activities for Enterprise customers within timelines and budgets.
• Provide training and mentorship to Enterprise Construction team members.
• Prepare detailed drawings and staking sheets for new Enterprise customers, including relocation of lines.
• Ensure compliance with company specifications; organize and file staking sheets.
