Job summary

VetsEZ provides technology solutions supporting federal healthcare modernization projects, including interoperability and integration services. This role focuses on centralized technical assistance to healthcare facilities, vendors, developers, and integration partners.

You will troubleshoot integration, connectivity, configuration, onboarding, and data-exchange issues across healthcare integration services, and document defects, fixes, and support issues for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Strong experience with healthcare interoperability technologies including EHR, HIE, FHIR, APIs.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
