PGIM Real Estate, the real estate arm of PGIM (Prudential Financial), seeks a Senior Asset Manager to join its FHA team. You will independently manage a complex portfolio of FHA commercial real estate loans, perform cash flow analysis, due diligence, and craft credit action recommendations with minimal supervision.

You will review loan covenants, monitor watchlists, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with originators, counsel, government agencies, and third-party vendors.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of commercial loan documents and life cycle of a loan.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to audiences.

Mansioni

• Perform cash flow analysis, market surveys, document review and due diligence to produce credit recommendations for complex borrower requests.
• Monitor loan covenants and ensure timely compliance, input and post-closing monitoring.
• Provide watchlist analysis, identify trends and mitigants, improve reporting quality.
• Collaborate with loan originators, external counsel, government agencies, loan closers, peers and vendors.
