Job summary

Splice in Seattle is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support business decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. You’ll be a trusted partner to internal teams and clients, helping drive cost savings and revenue growth while ensuring data integrity across financial systems.

Responsibilities include building models, variance analysis, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. A 5+ year FP&A background and MBA are advantageous in this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role (3+ years with an MBA).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., Core) and/or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, or willingness to develop it.

Compensation range: $108,000 - $130,000/year

The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.

Location: Seattle: this is a hybrid role with 3 days/week in office

Position Summary
About the Role

What You Bring
