Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years of progressive experience in the assigned trade areas or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• EPA certification may be required (Type I, II, III or Universal) under 40 CFR Part 82.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled work in one or more trades: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or water/wastewater O&M.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, HVAC systems, water/wastewater treatment systems, and plumbing components.
• Manage projects with basic planning, organization and administrative skills.
• Complete special assignments as directed by the Facility Maintenance Supervisor.
