Job summary

PJM Interconnection is seeking a Senior Manager, FERC to support the federal regulatory team through policy analysis, research, stakeholder support, and policy development. The role tracks FERC actions, advises executives, and coordinates with Legal, Planning, Operations, Markets, and External Affairs teams to influence regulatory outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in DOE or FERC environments.
• Proven leadership in engaging with FERC, lawmakers, and public-sector stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and high-level policy analysis required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor FERC issuances, filings, and policy developments affecting PJM.
• Summarize issues related to electricity markets, reliability, and grid modernization.
• Assist attorneys with FERC filings and policy communications.
• Analyze orders, NOPRs, and enforcement actions for impacts.
• Develop policy papers and executive summaries for leadership.
• Coordinate with Legal, Governmental Services, Planning, Operations, and Markets teams.
