Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in energy/environmental studies or related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and briefing high-level officials or executives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels.
• Interest in geopolitics, energy policy, climate policy.
• Experience in organizing events is highly desired.
• Excellent English writing and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; photo-editing, web-editing, and social media skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the Transatlantic critical infrastructure catalyst project over 2026–2028, including stakeholder roundtables, reports, and briefings.
• Coordinate a network of influence among public/private sector officials and experts across regions.
• Manage project budget and donor communications to ensure timely delivery and independence.
• Conduct independent research and contribute to thought leadership within the Global Energy Center and Atlantic Council Romania.
