Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a Senior Fellow program in Stamford, CT. This 18–24 month immersive training places high-potential early-career professionals at the center of strategy, brand, communications, finance, and commercial execution while they explore future leadership roles.

Fellows work directly with PMI U.S. senior leadership, with rotations through core functions and a strong emphasis on ownership, budget planning, and rigorous cost discipline throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Rotate into PMI U.S.’s core functions (Finance, Corporate Strategy and/or Commercial).
• Contribute meaningfully from day one with ownership of tasks.
• Develop proficiency in budget planning, cost management, and financial decision-making.
• Prepare for responsibilities of a permanent leadership role.
• Work with senior leadership to shape strategy and execution.
