Senior Fellows at CNA advise Research Division Vice Presidents, Research Team Leaders, and/or the President & CEO on issues related to their area of expertise. They review papers and research projects and conduct research as appropriate.

CNA follows a broad band compensation framework considering skill sets, experience, degree, certifications, and organizational needs. The current estimated pay range is $82/hr. – $110.72/hr.
