Splunk, a Cisco company, is seeking a senior Enterprise Product Manager for Federated Search to drive adoption within Cisco Data Fabric. You will translate customer requirements into execution plans, define go-to-market strategies, and work across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value for security and observability customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 11+ years of experience.
• 6+ years of experience as Enterprise Software Product Manager.
• Experience delivering enterprise software or data-platform capability from ground-up - customer discovery, requirements definition, launch and adoption.
• Experience with large scale analytics systems such as Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery etc.
• Experience in defining multi-year product vision and roadmaps for cloud and enterprise software preferably in a platform environment.

Responsabilités

• Own federated search strategy and roadmap for security use cases and expand data stores.
• Engage with customers and field teams to translate needs into clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria for improvements.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to brainstorm solutions and define success criteria.
• Establish relationships with customers and collaborators to collect key user needs and validate solutions.
• Regularly align with engineering, UX, PMs, operations, marketing, and field on go-to-market plans.
