Job summary

Splunk, a Cisco company, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the next evolution of the Data Pipeline Building experience. You will shape API/UI building blocks enabling admins, engineers, and technical users to build, enrich, and scale data pipelines from edge to cloud.

You will own the vision and roadmap for pipeline capabilities, collaborate across Splunk and Cisco, and translate customer feedback into pragmatic product direction with a focus on edge compute, federation, and AI-assisted

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering technical products in data platforms, cloud infrastructure, observability, or related areas.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, requirements, launch planning, and post-launch iteration for complex technical products.

Responsibilities

• Own vision and roadmap for pipeline-building capabilities to help customers create, iterate, and scale data processing workflows.
• Design intuitive experiences for admins, engineers, and technical users for visual pipeline building, templates, and intelligent recommendations.
• Capture voice of the customer and balance technical depth with usability and business impact.
• Drive market differentiation with trends in edge compute, data federation, and enterprise data architecture.
• Collaborate across Splunk and Cisco, aligning stakeholders on priorities and tradeoffs.
• Shape Splunk’s long-term data federation strategy across clouds and regions.
