Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex water infrastructure projects for federal agencies across the United States. The role covers planning, design, and construction support while guiding multidisciplinary teams and maintaining client relationships.

You will help expand HDR's federal water practice and ensure profitability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng) required.
• MS Office and MS Project experience; Access preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and oversee all phases of complex projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with client objectives and budgets.
• Build relationships with federal and military clients and support business development.
• Monitor project performance, QA/QC, and staffing across disciplines.
• Mentor project teams and ensure profitability and compliance.
