Job summary

WEKA is seeking a Senior Technical Services Engineer (Federal) on the US East Coast to provide post-sales technical support for government and special programs. You will work across the stack—GPU, compute, network, and WEKA NeuralMesh—diagnosing on-site in secure facilities when needed and coordinating with GRE for complex escalations.

Responsibilities include end-to-end case ownership, on-site diagnostics in air-gapped/classified environments, and helping drive product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in customer facing technical support, sustaining engineering, or systems engineering for Linux-based enterprise infrastructure.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, on-call, and on site in customer secure facilities.
• US citizenship and Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own customer cases end to end for federal and special programs accounts.
• Analyze the complete solution stack to isolate root cause across boundaries.
• Work on site in customer secure facilities when remote access is not permitted.
• Collect, review, and sanitize diagnostics in air gapped environments.
• Escalate with reproduction steps and root cause hypothesis to GRE.
• Manage hardware replacement under federal media handling rules.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain WEKA in hardened environments (SELinux, STIG, FIPS, RMF).
• Author and maintain KB articles, including federal procedures.
• Turn recurring issues into product and process improvements.
