Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of technical experience in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering or technical consulting, federal focus preferred.
• Active TS clearance is required; TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trusted Advisor Engagement: deliver technical presentations and PoCs.
• Architecture & Solution Design: design secure delivery configurations and cloud integration.
• Continuous Technical Leadership: stay current with federal mandates and network trends.
• Account advocacy: manage Change Requests (CR) and Customer Special Requests (CSR).
• Content Collaboration: create solution briefs and reference architectures.
• Relationship Capital: build trust-based relationships with DHS staff and leadership.
• Outstanding Service Delivery: provide pre-sales to post-sales support.
• Operational Precision: develop Technical Account Plans in Salesforce.
