i360technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the technical architecture design and integration strategy for the client’s Core Financial System and planned Additional Operating Capabilities (AOC).

This role operates in a highly regulated cloud environment to ensure FedRAMP Moderate and NIST 800-53 compliance. You will define end-to-end architecture, conduct fit-gap analyses, develop architecture documentation, and map controls to NIST/650 frameworks.

Competenze

• Minimum ten (10) years of enterprise architecture experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing solutions in FedRAMP Moderate environments.
• Deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, 800-37 (RMF), and 800-171 frameworks.
• Experience supporting 3PAO assessments and security control validation.
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise systems in federal environments; strong analytical and technical documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Define end-to-end architecture for Client Core Financial System enhancements; develop secure integration frameworks with agency mission and administrative systems.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses aligned with federal financial standards; ensure alignment with FIPS 199 Moderate system categorization.
• Develop architecture documentation and technical design artifacts.
• Map system architecture to NIST SP 800-53 Moderate control requirements; support FedRAMP Moderate compliance documentation.
• Coordinate and support 3PAO activities; assist with Authority-to-Operate (ATO) documentation and lifecycle support.
• Review and validate control implementation evidence and system security documentation; ensure alignment with FISMA and client cybersecurity requirements.
• Ensure solutions leverage SaaS/PaaS technologies with minimal custom development; support secure configuration management and system integration planning.
• Ensure interoperability and scalability across serviced agencies; align architecture with clieasury and Fiscal Service security policies.
• Serve as senior technical advisor to the Project Manager and Government stakeholders; conduct architecture reviews and technical design validations, and provide guidance on risk mitigation and compliance impacts.
