Revolutional is seeking a SOC Project Manager to lead 24x7 SOC operations for a major federal agency. You will supervise multiple sites, coordinate incident management across the NIST framework, and act as the primary operational contact with SOC leadership.

The role requires a decade of SOC experience, including on-prem and cloud environments, and active collaboration with executive teams. U.S. citizenship and Top Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Ten years running a SOC, with five+ years on mixed on-prem/cloud environments.
• Ten years of incident response across 50,000+ endpoints.
• Experience managing 24x7 SOC operations and staffing.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day SOC operations and coordinate with client SOC leadership.
• Ensure 24x7x365 coverage with adequate site staffing and on-call readiness.
• Oversee incident handling including triage, escalation, and recovery activities.
• Direct reporting to oversight bodies and external partners (e.g., CISA).
• Develop and maintain SOC procedures, playbooks, and coordination with threat intel teams.
• Manage shift schedules, training, access controls, and certifications.
• Provide status updates and plan activities to client leadership and PM.
