Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an ESS Technology Specialist 3 within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit to design, implement, and support federal, local and commercial security solutions.

You will troubleshoot complex Windows Server environments, manage AD/GPOs, SQL Server, virtualization, and network infrastructure, while coordinating with engineers and end users. Applicants should hold an active SECRET clearance (TOP SECRET/SCI eligibility preferred) and be willing to travel CONUS/OCONUS.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TOP SECRET/SCI.
• Experience in electronic security systems and server admin.
• Proficient with Windows Server, AD, and virtualization.
• Strong written and oral communication, customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot a wide variety of technical issues in the field.
• Manage Windows Server builds and AD/GPO configurations.
• Administer SQL Server environments and virtualization (Hyper-V).
• Maintain system documentation and SOPs/SOWs as needed.
• Coordinate with field personnel and design engineers to resolve issues.
• Support end users and provide onsite system support.
