Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Principal Security Compliance Analyst (FedRAMP) for a remote US-based role to guide federal security compliance in a regulated environment. You will lead authorization readiness, coordinate with customer security teams and auditors, and drive timely compliance deliverables for FedRAMP and agency ATO programs.
You will report to executive leadership on security posture, risks, and continuous improvement initiatives, shaping cross-functional efforts across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in security compliance, audit, governance, risk, and federal authorization programs.
- Proven FedRAMP, Agency ATO, or similar government authorization experience.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide audit and certification initiatives.
- Ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead compliance for U.S. Federal customers, ensuring security posture and requirements.
- Serve as compliance lead for FedRAMP authorization initiatives, including Agency ATOs and FedRAMP.
- Act as a liaison with customer security organizations and auditors.
- Drive development and maintenance of authorization packages.
- Lead cross-functional teams in audit preparation and certification readiness.
- Present compliance status and risks to executive leadership.
- Implement continuous compliance and automation initiatives.
