Ladders is seeking a Principal Security Compliance Analyst (FedRAMP) for a remote US-based role to guide federal security compliance in a regulated environment. You will lead authorization readiness, coordinate with customer security teams and auditors, and drive timely compliance deliverables for FedRAMP and agency ATO programs.

You will report to executive leadership on security posture, risks, and continuous improvement initiatives, shaping cross-functional efforts across the organization

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security compliance, audit, governance, risk, and federal authorization programs.
• Proven FedRAMP, Agency ATO, or similar government authorization experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide audit and certification initiatives.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Security Compliance Analyst (FedRAMP) - Remote, U.S. to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will guide federal security compliance efforts in a highly regulated environment, with a strong focus on authorization readiness and sustained adherence to government requirements. You will partner closely with customer security organizations, auditors, and internal stakeholders to drive the quality and timeliness of compliance deliverables. The position also plays a key role in executive reporting, risk communication, and continuous compliance improvement across cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,870 – $197,809 annually

Responsibilities
