Sheakley is seeking a seasoned, federally vetted Quality Control Manager to lead the QC program on a multi-trade laboratory relocation project in Philadelphia, PA. You will direct the three-phase control process, manage submittals, inspections, and testing, and coordinate activities across architectural, mechanical, electrical, and fire-protection trades.

The role requires CQCM/CQM certification with 10+ years combined construction experience and 5+ years in QC management on federal contracts,

Qualifications

• Certified federal QC manager with strong knowledge of the three-phase control process.
• Extensive history directing QC programs on complex, multi-trade contracts.
• Experience coordinating hazardous materials activities and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Implement, manage, and maintain the project Quality Control program.
• Lead project QC meetings and document all phases for each Definable Feature of Work.
• Review submittals for contract compliance and coordinate inspections and testing.
• Manage deficiency tracking, corrective actions, and verification of completed work.
• Prepare daily and periodic QC reports and coordinate trades across teams.
