Sheakley Workforce Staffing seeks a seasoned Quality Control Manager to lead the QC program on a federally funded laboratory relocation project in Philadelphia, PA. The role requires extensive federal construction QC experience and coordination across architectural, mechanical, electrical, and fire-protection trades.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold CQCM/CQM certification.
• Minimum 10 years combined experience on similar construction contracts.
• Minimum 5 years dedicated QC Manager experience.
• Federal construction experience is required.
• NAVFAC and/or USACE construction experience required.
• Design-Build / Federal project experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating hazardous materials activities.
• Experience with RCRA 8 metals, PCBs, and lead-based paint abatement.
• Proven ability to manage federal QC documentation, inspections, testing and corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Implement, manage, and maintain the project QC program.
• Lead and document project QC meetings.
• Lead the control phases for each Definable Feature of Work.
• Review submittals for contract compliance.
• Coordinate inspections and testing activities.
• Manage deficiency tracking and corrective actions.
• Prepare daily and periodic QC reports.
• Coordinate QC across trades (architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire-protection).
• Oversee QC for VAV replacement and lab HVAC installation.
• Coordinate QC for mechanical piping, fire alarm, and mass-notification work.
• Support hazardous materials and abatement requirements.
