Ideal candidates have 7+ years in GovCon, strong Adobe and MS Office skills, and the ability to lead multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Remote work options are available with periodic in‑person meetings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant GovCon experience.
• Diplomatic, persuasive communication style with internal/external customers.
• Strong MS Office and Adobe Suite proficiency.
• Ability to adapt to AI and new tools for proposals.
• Understand RFP requirements to deliver compliant visuals.
• Lead cross-functional teams towards proposal goals.

Responsibilities

• Design brand‑compliant graphics for federal proposals (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs).
• Collaborate with solution architects and proposal team to craft visuals.
• Translate complex info into concise, audience‑focused visuals.
• Create cover designs, section dividers, callouts, and branded elements.
• Maintain visual consistency with branding and guidelines.
• Refine AI‑generated images into editable brand assets.
• Design executive PowerPoint presentations for proposals and briefings.
• Develop illustrations and icons to highlight differentiators.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ensure accessibility and compliance with 508 guidelines.
