Job summary

CTIS is seeking a creative Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our proposals, business development, recruiting, and corporate communications. The role emphasizes producing polished materials, especially presentations and proposal graphics; federal contracting experience is a plus.

The position is fully remote, with local DMV area candidates preferred and occasional in-person requirements. 2+ years of graphic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, proposals, capability statements, brochures, flyers, and other corporate materials.
• Develop graphics, charts, diagrams, and infographics to support proposals and presentations.
• Help turn technical and business information into clear, professional visuals.
• Support recruiting and business development materials as needed.
• Maintain consistent CTIS branding.
• Work with Proposal, Business Development, Recruiting, and Leadership teams.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Part-Time Graphic Designer

CTIS is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our proposals, business development, recruiting, and corporate communications.

The ideal candidate will have strong design skills and be comfortable creating polished, professional materials, particularly presentations and proposal graphics. Experience supporting federal contracting proposals is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote, part-time position. Candidates local to the DMV area are preferred and may occasionally be asked to come into the office when needed, but regular in-office work is not required.
