Job summary

VSolvit, LLC is seeking a Proposal Writer 3 to join the Business Development group. The role focuses on developing comprehensive, compliant, and persuasive responses for SSNs, RFIs, RFPs, and related government opportunities.

The candidate will integrate AI tools with SME input to communicate VSolvit's value proposition and win themes. Responsibilities include collaborating with proposal managers, writing key personnel resumes, performance volumes, and management/technical approach responses,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Journalism or English.
Strong writing skills.
Strong analysis and interpretive skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines consistently.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office.
6+ years of federal RFP/RFI/SSN writing experience.
U.S. Citizen.
Experience with GenAI tools and proposal platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop staffing requisitions/labor category descriptions per key personnel requirements.
Collaborate with Capture and Proposal Managers to implement win themes.
Develop and write resumes for proposed key/non-key personnel.
Develop and write past performance and contract experience volumes.
Develop and write management approach and technology solution responses.
Develop and write SSN/RFI responses and other proposal content.
Mentor and review work of junior writers.
Interview SMEs and program staff to gather information.
