Emerging Tech, LLC is seeking a Senior Proposal Solution Architect to guide end-to-end technical solution development for federal opportunities. The role combines in-office collaboration in Washington, DC with remote work and occasional travel, reporting to ET's executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will translate complex government requirements into executable, differentiated solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, and deployment domains while leading cross-functional solution

Competenze

• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of solution architecture and proposal management experience supporting DoD/VA programs.
• Active TS security clearance preferred, or ability to obtain one.
• Hybrid work in the Washington, DC area with travel to meetings and events.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end technical solution development for federal capture and proposal efforts.
• Analyze and decompose government requirements (PWS/SOO) into executable technical solutions.
• Develop differentiated solutions across core capabilities (cloud, cybersecurity, deployment).
• Translate requirements into architectures, staffing, and proposal content.
• Lead technical solution reviews and deliver engaging technical presentations.
