Job summary

STV, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager - Federal in Louisville, KY or Fort Worth/Dallas, TX. The role requires 10+ years delivering Federal or Military AE design and leads multi-disciplinary project teams, including subconsultants.

You will oversee project deliverables, budgets and schedules, develop client relationships, and ensure quality and compliance. Travel up to 10–15% and background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering Federal or Military AE design projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams including subconsultants.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel 10–15% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project deliverables and financial metrics; ensure client satisfaction.
• Interface with discipline leaders to align project delivery with client expectations.
• Manage scope, qualifications, proposals, contracts, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, design coordination, change control, and cash management.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; act as primary company contact and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Administer quality program and ensure adherence; lead problem solving in fast-paced environments.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally as required.
