Pay Range
Base salary: $100,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr. Salary will be discussed with manager based on experience.

Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen and pass a federal background review and drug screen.
- Minimum 7 years of scheduling experience with large federal government construction projects.
- Experience with Primavera P6 latest version.
- Experience using RMS 3.0.
- Preferred: CMAA Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or AACE Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certifications.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Perform as‑built schedule analysis for contractor requests for equitable adjustment and claims to determine impact on construction schedule.
- Create and implement Critical Path Method (CPM) baseline schedule with latest version of Primavera P6.
- Update monthly construction schedule with narratives and progress analysis.
- Ensure contractor’s schedules logically plan the work, clearly identify activity sequence and contract milestones, predict completion dates.
- Provide an accurate as‑built record of the project’s progress from NTP to final acceptance; assess the reasonableness of proposed schedule durations, cost loading, activity coding, and work breakdown structure.
- Participate in all monthly schedule review meetings with client and contractor to review/analyze progress; schedule filtering, sorting, producing and analyzing project schedule reports utilizing Primavera.
- Perform schedule impact analysis for modifications and produce related documents.
- Produce schedule fragments for inclusion in change order documentation.
- Analyze current and future workload using Primavera P6.
- Provide manpower resourcing reports.
- Analyze contractor schedules and advise client on acceptability of schedule revisions.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Least 7 years of scheduling experience with large federal government construction projects.
