Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Scheduler to support federal construction projects at Fort Hood, Texas. You will develop, maintain, and review CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and other government-approved platforms to meet contract milestones.

Collaborate with project teams to assess schedule impacts, prepare written reports, and present findings to Government personnel. This role requires a US citizen and the ability to pass a federal background review and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of construction scheduling experience.
• USACE or federal project experience preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and government-approved tools.
• Familiarity with federal scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and government-approved tools.
• Ensure schedules reflect project milestones, logic ties, and float values.
• Review baselines, TIAs, updates, and recovery schedules for compliance.
• Verify compliance with Division 01 scheduling requirements and reporting.
• Identify variances, impacts, and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Prepare reports and present findings to Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cost estimators and project engineers on schedule/cost alignment.
• Provide monthly schedule performance reports with charts and forecasts.
• Assist with change order impacts and schedule updates.
• Monitor long-lead items and Government-furnished services.
