Job summary
Alluvionic seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of federal contracts, partnering with business development, capture, and operations to support the full lifecycle from pursuit to execution. You will strengthen customer relationships, shape strategy, and mentor PM staff to grow our federal portfolio.
You will oversee contract administration, ensure compliance, and drive performance metrics across programs, while coordinating with subcontractors and government customers to deliver
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, PM, Contracts, Operations, or related field.
- 10+ years in Federal Government contracting, covering growth and execution.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar deals and agency relationships.
- Experience with proposal support, capture activities, and staffing/pricing strategies.
- Experience with contract vehicles like GWACs and agency-specific programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead contract administration across awarded contracts and ensure compliance.
- Oversee modifications, renewals, reporting, and customer obligations.
- Manage procurement portals and performance dashboards.
- Partner with BD, Capture, and Ops to shape opportunities and transitions.
- Provide guidance to PMs, set governance, and drive portfolio-wide delivery.
