Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in .NET software development.
• 7+ years of managing multiple technical cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years in Program Management, Financial Management, Portfolio/Project Management, Agile, DevOps, or change management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective change control and configuration management to maintain consistency and reliability.
• Analyze complex, multi-task interrelated projects, assess risk and propose solutions.
• Identify and apply architectural standards to promote standardization and reuse.
• Prepare a detailed project plan with resource, effort and budget projections.
• Organize, direct, and manage all aspects of contract operational support across locations.
• Manage contractor interfaces with senior customer leadership; oversee deliverables and schedules.
• Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress to management and customers.
