Job summary

A global business enterprise is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead execution of a complex Navy Federal Program. The ideal candidate will oversee program execution, manage technical performance, and ensure contract compliance. The role requires substantial experience with federal programs and strong interpersonal skills. This remote position offers a competitive salary between $110,000 and $160,000 and an extensive benefits package including medical and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting federal government programs, preferably within DoD or Navy environments.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex programs or large task orders involving technical or engineering services.
• Strong understanding of federal contracting environments including IDIQ and task order contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program execution to ensure successful delivery of contract requirements across cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our customer and stakeholders.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams supporting engineering, logistics, technical services, and operational support functions.
