Job summary

2ndWave LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a federal payment integrity and financial management contract. The Project Manager will be the single point of accountability for contract performance, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables across multiple workstreams.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 15+ years of federal program experience, with PMP certification and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale federal financial management and payment integrity programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary point of contact and single accountable leader for contract performance across all workstreams.
• Manage contract execution, staffing, schedule performance, deliverable quality, risk management, communications, and contract administration.
• Oversee development and maintenance of CPMP, status reporting, executive briefings, and deliverable management.
• Direct four integrated workstreams: Program Management, Payment Integrity Operations, Statistical Services, and SharePoint/Power Platform/Dashboard Services.
• Maintain oversight of senior leads and resource planning, surge deployment, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication with agency leadership.
