2ndWave LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a federal payment integrity and financial management contract. The PM is the single accountable leader for performance, staffing, quality, and deliverables across multiple workstreams, engaging with agency leaders and executives.

The role requires a Master’s degree, PMP, and 15+ years in federal programs, with strong communication and leadership capabilities to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and PMP certification.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in federal programs.
• Experience leading large-scale payment integrity and financial management efforts.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for contract performance across all workstreams.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, deliverables, risk management, and contract administration.
• Develop and maintain CPMP, status reporting, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate four functional workstreams: PM/Executive Support; Payment Integrity Ops; Statistical Services; SharePoint/Power Platform.
