Job summary

Seneca Holdings seeks a Senior Program Manager to oversee a team delivering chaplain-led events worldwide in support of the U.S. Army BSRT/Strong Bonds program.

You will lead event managers, planners, and logistics specialists, ensuring contract requirements are met and risks are mitigated. The role requires a DOD Secret clearance within six months and the ability to manage complex multi-location logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, Events Planning, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience for teams of 20+ employees.
• Minimum 3 years managing event/meeting planners, training coordinators, and/or logistics specialists in a high-volume environment.
• Proven background in large-scale federal government event logistics.
• Must have a DOD Secret Level Clearance within six months of contract start date and maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead for all contract activities and tasks, including teams, partners, and vendors.
• Understand complex requirements and develop plans, policies, resource plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Organize and manage team members and contract support functions; provide status updates.
• Ensure resources, training, and support for timely task completion and quality.
• Maintain frequent communication with government customers and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for the program.
• Lead and participate in customer and internal team meetings; submit required deliverables.
• Represent Seneca Holdings' values and mission in all stakeholder interactions.
