Job summary

Western Door Federal, part of Seneca Nation Group, seeks an Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute chaplain-led events worldwide in support of the U.S. Army BSRT/Strong Bonds program.

You will manage full lifecycle of events, secure venues, lodging, meals, AV, and transportation, coordinate external presenters, and provide on-site administration. A minimum of 5 years in event planning and an active Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of event planning experience, including 3 years supporting senior-level events.
• Experience managing federal government events or equivalent.
• Proven background in large-scale, multi-location event logistics.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events worldwide for the BSRT/Strong Bonds program.
• Manage venues, lodging, meals, transportation, AV, and training materials.
• Coordinate external presenters and ensure readiness for event delivery.
• Provide on-site registration, materials, and attendee management.
• Submit required reports and maintain event data and compliance.
