Job summary

i360technologies is seeking a Program Manager to lead a Federal Financial Management task order. The PM holds full accountability for quality, efficiency, and timeliness of performance, directs all contractor and subcontractor staff, and serves as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer, COR, and Government Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Five years of oversight and executive-level management across multiple projects and groups of personnel.
• Professional certification in project management (PMP, FAC P/PM Level II, or equivalent).
• At least three years of Federal Financial Management experience.
• Experience supervising employees across various labor categories on projects of similar size and scope.
• Experience on both private-sector and Federal-sector projects of similar size and scope.
• Experience in business case development and in project management.
• Oral and written communication with senior management.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the entire task order, supervising all contractor and subcontractor staff.
• Serve as primary contact for the CO, COR, and Government Program Manager; raise issues to CO and COR/GPM for resolution.
• Develop and maintain the Master Integrated Program Plan and Schedule.
• Oversee execution of recurring CSP operations.
• Produce project plans, schedules, communications plans, and risk management plans, Quality Management Plan and quality assessment reporting.
