The role requires expert FAR knowledge and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver compliant program artifacts. The SME will lead policy updates, incident-ready cost estimates, and pre‑award procurement documents, working within a fast‑paced government environment and coordinating with program offices

Qualifications

• Expert‑level knowledge of FAR and agency regulations.
• Experience supporting full acquisition lifecycle and governance.
• Ability to draft high‑quality procurement documentation independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the full acquisition lifecycle including planning, procurement, and closeout.
• Draft acquisition plans, SOWs, market research requirements documents, and IC estimates.
• Lead IPTs, draft charters, and facilitate meetings with stakeholders.
• Support negotiations, source selection, and contract administration.
• Maintain currency of acquisition policy, guidance, templates and SOPs.
• Provide audit‑readiness reporting and governance support.
