Job summary

Kleinfelder, Inc. seeks a Federal Pricing and Compliance Manager to join our Federal Contracts and Compliance team in Denver, CO.

You will lead pricing strategy development, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and prevailing wage laws, and provide strategic guidance on cost and pricing issues across Contracts, Finance, HR, and Operations. The role requires deep government contracting expertise, strong data analysis, and the ability to translate complex rules into actionable processes and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of pricing/accounting experience with government contracts including federal, state and local municipalities.
• Minimum of 8 years of management or leadership experience.
• Expertise in government contracting, procurement regulations, federal contract cost principles, prevailing wage requirements, pricing negotiations and cost analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, other agency supplements, prevailing wage requirements, and CAS audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret solicitation requirements to identify pricing compliance and strategy implications.
• Develop cost and pricing exhibits to provide compliant proposal responses.
• Lead cost volume content development and publication prior to submission, including client solicitations and contract modifications.
• Develop pricing requirements in the proposal planning process and build pricing templates.
• Coordinate and lead pricing reviews with Contracts, Senior Leadership and other departments.
