Job summary

Kleinfelder, Inc. seeks a Federal Pricing and Compliance Manager to support the Federal Contracts and Compliance team in managing U.S. Government contracts, pricing provisions, and compliance with FAR/DFARS.

This role leads cost and pricing strategy development, risk mitigation, and cross‑functional collaboration with Contracts, Finance, HR, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have deep government pricing knowledge, data analysis skills, and experience guiding pricing strategy to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 15+ years of pricing/accounting experience with government contracts.
• 8+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Expertise in government contracting, procurement regulations, federal contract cost principles, and pricing negotiations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, prevailing wage requirements, and CAS audits.

Responsibilities

• Review solicitation requirements and develop questions affecting pricing compliance and strategy.
• Develop cost and pricing exhibits for compliant proposal responses.
• Lead cost volume content development and publication before submission.
• Develop pricing requirements in the planning process and populate pricing templates.
• Coordinate pricing reviews with Contracts, Senior Leadership, and other departments.
• Perform cost/price/profitability analysis on federal contracts.
• Provide pricing compliance training and awareness of pricing policies.
