Job summary

Nava is seeking a senior-level Program Manager in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of experience managing application development with teams of at least 20 personnel. Responsibilities include planning and executing all aspects of program scope, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 11+ years managing enterprise application development and modernization programs with at least 20 people.
• Active PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of program scope and schedule.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure all deliverables meet QASP requirements.
• Guiding risk management activities and mentoring team leads.
