Job summary

Take2 Consulting, LLC seeks a Sr. Network Engineer to design, implement, and sustain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites in the Northern Virginia area.

The role requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance and SAP eligibility, with on-site work and collaboration across security and operations teams. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in network engineering, proficiency in routing, switching, and security fundamentals, and relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Security+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of network engineering experience, including in classified environments.
• Working knowledge of routing, switching, and network security fundamentals.
• Relevant certification (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Security+).
• Familiarity with ICD 705 physical security standards and RMF/NIST SP 800-37/800-53 for security authorization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across sites.
• Develop logical and physical network designs for performance, availability, and security.
• Engineer resilient connectivity across datacenters, cloud, and WANs.
• Apply segmentation, routing, switching, traffic management, and access control principles.
• Monitor network health, latency, and utilization; troubleshoot complex issues.
