Recruitometry is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its team in Florida. The ideal candidate will handle matters from inception through resolution and bring strong federal court experience, outstanding research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently with collaboration when needed.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar in good standing.
• 7+ years of litigation experience, including federal court matters.
• Strong research and writing abilities; ability to draft briefs and motions.
• Experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop and own litigation strategy and case management.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft briefs, motions, and filings.
• Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions and discovery activities.
• Oversee discovery and e-discovery processes and document review.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, review, and preparation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues throughout litigation.
• Maintain deadlines and procedural obligations; collaborate with legal staff.
