You will meet clients, provide supervised legal advice, participate in negotiations, hearings, depositions and mediations, and coordinate with experts and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership.
• Civil litigation experience or coursework.
• Strong legal research and synthesis skills.
• Effective negotiation and advocacy abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication; thorough case management.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters including pleadings, motions, discovery, and memos.
• Perform legal research and analyze case law with partners.
• Develop case strategies and coordinate with experts and opposing counsel.
• Meet with clients, provide supervised legal advice, and participate in negotiations.
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, and mediations and manage deadlines.
• Ensure ethical practice and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
