Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group seeks a Senior Information Technology Project Manager to lead planning, execution, sustainment, and modernization of a large enterprise data and analytics environment for a federal customer.

The role requires coordinating cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data integration, analytics, and BI across multiple teams, ensuring timely, within-scope delivery and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs and projects.
• Experience with federal government or Department of Defense customers.
• Experience leading cloud, data analytics, and modernization initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate across cloud, cybersecurity, data, and analytics teams.
• Manage risks, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as primary liaison between customer leadership and project teams.
• Oversee governance, quality, and performance metrics.
