Job summary

ISN is seeking a Program Manager-Entity Vetting in Quantico, VA to lead contract personnel and oversee program operations across entity vetting, industrial security, counterintelligence, risk management, and related mission support activities.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s or higher degree in a related field and PMP certification, plus 12+ years in program management with experience coordinating with senior government officials. Federal DoD program management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of program management experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience interacting with senior government and organizational leadership.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, management, supervision, and oversight of contract personnel and daily program operations.
• Serve as primary contractor interface with COR, Chief of Entity Vetting, and other government stakeholders.
• Direct and coordinate program activities across multiple functional areas (entity vetting, security, risk management, and related mission support).
• Lead task managers and teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality execution of the program.

Education

Master’s Degree (or higher) in Program/Project Management, Business Management, Finance, IT/CS, Logistics Management, or related discipline

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
