Job summary

A-TEK, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise application development, modernization, and O&M for a Federal civilian client. The role oversees Agile teams and serves as the main interface between Government stakeholders and delivery groups from a Washington, DC location.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in Federal IT programs, 5+ years in Agile delivery and modernization, and hands-on cloud/DevSecOps experience. This is a hybrid position based in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing Federal IT programs.
• 5+ years leading Agile software development and modernization initiatives.
• Experience handling enterprise application development, O&M, and cloud modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise software development and modernization projects.
• Develop integrated project schedules, resource plans, and milestones.
• Manage multiple workstreams and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with PM, BA, software, QA, cybersecurity, and cloud teams.
• Prepare exec dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
