Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Northern California engineering team. This role leads select federal accounts and multi-disciplinary project teams in planning, design, and construction of civil and infrastructure programs.

The position requires balancing complex constraints, maintaining schedules and budgets, and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders in alignment with federal program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical/Coastal Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in infrastructure design and implementation.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in California.

Responsibilities

• Functioning as a project manager as part of a delivery team on select federal, state, and / or municipal contracts.
• Ensuring technical leadership and quality control for diverse, multidisciplinary delivery teams through all project phases.
• Acting as the primary client interface, engaging regularly and coordinating with the consultant team.
• Establishing and meeting project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives; allocating resources.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while providing technical expertise.
• Growing a client base through delivery excellence and proactive communication.
• Mentoring junior-level technical staff.

Education
