Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Northern California engineering team. This role leads select federal accounts and multidisciplinary project teams in planning and designing civil and infrastructure projects, including levees, dams, climate adaptation, and related programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical/Coastal Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of infrastructure design and implementation experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in California.

Responsibilities

• Functioning as the project manager in establishing and then meeting project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives; assigning and monitoring of tasks; and ensuring adequate resources to deliver the work.
• Working on a variety of projects simultaneously, as well as providing technical expertise and experience on other related projects.
• Managing existing and an expanding base of clients by meeting or exceeding their expectations, by delivering quality work, and through active communication.
• Mentoring junior-level technical staff.

Education
