Arcadis U.S. Inc. in Northern California is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and support federal accounts, coordinating engineers, architects, and consultants on civil and infrastructure projects.

You will manage schedules, budgets and quality across planning, design and construction, mentor junior staff, and strengthen client relationships while delivering resilient, sustainable solutions. The role requires balancing complex objectives and maintaining compliance with federal program

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical/Coastal Engineering or related field.
10 years of infrastructure design and implementation experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) License in California.

Responsibilities

Lead and support federal accounts and project teams across planning, design and construction.
Ensure technical leadership and quality control for multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Interface with client staff, communicate progress, and share knowledge.
Establish and meet project schedules and budgets; allocate resources.
Mentor junior technical staff and manage multiple projects concurrently.
